Outdoor Lenses |
| With the wide selection of StarDot interchangeable lenses, it's easy to get virtually any field of view. And since StarDot's lenses are all made of high quality, multi-element glass, the image quality is superb. Swapping lenses is simply a matter of unscrewing the old lens and screwing in the new lens. Focus is aided by the zoom/focus option on the Capture Host software. |
| The lenses come in two varieties, indoor and outdoor. The indoor lenses
contain a large iris which provides high quality indoor imaging, even in dimly lit rooms. And the outdoor
lenses contain a very small iris which provides high quality imaging from bright sunny mornings to dark stormy
afternoons (nighttime imaging is possible with bright lighting). The following table illustrates the differences in the outdoor lenses: |
