These policies supersede policies appearing on all other Thomas Computer Corporation literature, and are in effect for purchases made after September 1, 1998.

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Thomas Computer Corporation is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. Monitors are not included with computer systems unless otherwise specified.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, date of purchase, invoice number, part number, serial number and the nature of the problem. Most of this information can be found on your original invoice.

All defective products (except computers and printers) will be accepted directly by Thomas Computer Corporation for credit, exchange or repair, at Thomas Computer Corporation’s discretion within 30 days from the invoice date.

All defective computers and printers will be accepted directly by Thomas Computer Corporation for repair or replacement only, at Thomas Computer Corporation’s discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies.

All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resaleable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Thomas Computer Corporation reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 30 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY. Return authorization must be issued prior to return of any product.

Legal disclaimer
Thomas Computer Corporation hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by Thomas Computer Corporation in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

Sorry, due to copyright and licensing laws, we do not accept a software return after the package has been opened. Defective software will be exchanged for the same title only. If you encounter a defect with a hardware purchase, it will be exchanged or repaired, at our option, unless it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, in which case Thomas Computer Corporation will assist you in gaining satisfaction with the manufacturer. Please call us at (407) 855-2020 for assistance to receive an RMA (Return Authorization) number. After you receive an RMA number, you must return all disks, registration cards, boxes, packing materials and other accessories supplied by the manufacturer to us within 30 days of Thomas Computer Corporation's original invoice date. These materials must be in new condition or we cannot accept them for return. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a re-stocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns or when the manufacturer's/distributor's warranty or return policies supercede ours.

Special Information about Thomas Computer Corporation's Systems, Kits, and Motherboards
All Thomas Computer Corporation Brand Systems, kits and motherboards are supported and warranted as originally configured. Software, hardware and accessories added by the user are not covered, and can void the limited warranty if installed improperly (and may have to be removed before your computer can be serviced). Warranty and support for monitors, printers, and other peripherals are provided by their respective manufacturers.
Telephone Support is not provided by Thomas Computer Corporation.
